ReachAll


ReachAll allows you to create any number of call trees that are part of documented plan. The call trees are totally integrated with ReachAll, so as soon as the Plan Owner (or other authorised person) changes a telephone number in the call tree, that number is available to ReachAll for making calls. There is no need for batch updates or transfer of numbers between systems. ReachAll also includes a repository (‘battlebox’) for your plan so you will always have the latest version available when you need it.

Each call tree accommodates mobile, home and work phone numbers. The first action is for ReachAll to send an SMS text message to the mobile number. When no reply is received from a mobile number, ReachAll will automatically convert the message to voice and make telephone calls. Most people tend to ignore text messages when they first arrive because they know that they can read them later. However, they are more likely to pick up a phone call, so precious minutes or even hours can be saved.

Replies received back are automatically processed, analysed and reported on. There is no reliance on a single mobile number to receive all the text messages and just store them.

ReachAll can process huge volumes of calls quickly and automatically. In recent tests for clients, we have been able to make x voice calls per minute.
