The Power Station division of a UK Utility

The Task	To develop business continuity methodology for a number of different fuel power stations across the UK. Developed the methodology and rolled it across all 6 power stations. Carried out an exercise involving an emergency service response at each power station to test the plans.

The Result	The methodology has been used on other organisations power stations. The business continuity plans were successfully used recently during a major incident at the station.
