The Task	To develop business continuity and technical recovery plans for two of their call centres. This included a full business continuity plan for each site plus a technical recovery plan for their telephony. Once these plans were developed they we tested at a recovery centre.

The Result	The test was carried out successfully and complied with the organisations internal business continuity standards
